He is a former�100 m world record holder�with a time of 9.79 seconds. During the height of his career (1997�2004) he won four�Olympic medals�and was a World Champion five times.

Ato Boldon � Olympic Silver Medalist
Ato Jabari Boldon�who was born on the 30th of December 1973 is a retired�athlete�from�Trinidad and Tobago.�The four time�Olympic�medal winner is only matched by three other men in history with his accomplishments (Usain Bolt,�Frankie Fredericks�and�Carl Lewis�� who also have won as many Olympic individual event sprint medals). He is currently the national record holder in the�50,�60 and�200 metres�events with times of 5.64, 6.49 and 19.77�seconds respectively.

Dr. Allen Fonseca � Board Certified Orthopedic Surgeon
Dr. Allen S. Fonseca earned a B.S. Degree in Chemistry at Florida State University. He received his medical degree at the University of Florida. He then completed two years of general surgery at Wright State University Hospital. He then completed A research Fellowship at The DuPont Institute in Wilmington, Delaware. He won the prestigious Russell Hibbs Award from the Scoliosis Research Society for his research in spinal impaction trauma while at DuPont.


He began his Orthopaedic Residency in Los Angeles in 1987and completed it in 1991. During his residence, he worked at Martin Luther King Hospital, Kerlan Jobe Orthopedic Clinic, Rancho Los Amigos Hospital, Orthopedic Hospital, Shriners Hospital for Crippled Children, and USC Medical Center. Dr. Fonseca then completed a year of clinical training in spinal surgery as a fellow at the Wiltse Spine Institute in Long Beach and UCI Medical Center. He began his private Practice in Southern California in 1992.
